cheeses.  Whether made with goat, cow or sheep milk, he will tell you about

tastes, flavors and textures...  Every cheese will be paired with a different wine,
from the same region!  Laurent is a great guy and he always brings new
(sometimes undiscovered) cheeses to my attention.. and my taste buds!..  you
