The class will be taught by Segolene Babiarz from Gourmet
Imports. Segolene has an amazing knowledge and passion
about products when it comes to gourmet food! She's been
working for several years for different distributors in LA area
targeting upscale hotel and michelin-starred restaurants..
These places include Providence, Patina, Gordon Ramsay,
Melisse, Church & State, Rustic Canyon, St Regis ect…
She's a lot of fun and you will learn A LOT!.. in a very relaxing
atmosphere!
The chocolate tasting will include a taste of all of these 8
grand cru chocolates..
